6. EVENTS
6.1 Calea Music may act as the event organizer.
6.2 The customer acknowledges that rights and obligations, particularly those arising from ticket orders and/or the use of other services offered on the website, exist exclusively between the respective event organizer and the customer. For any inquiries or claims related to the events themselves, except those concerning the processing of ticket purchases, the customer must contact Calea Music directly.
6.3 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation as per section 6.4.
6.4 In the event of a postponement, tickets remain valid. If an event is cancelled without a replacement date, a refund is possible, if provided by the organizer, up to 30 days after the event date printed on the ticket. In this case, customers should contact in**@********ic.com.
6.5 Persons under the age of 16 are only permitted to attend the event with written and signed permission from a parent or guardian. Written permission must be submitted at reception on the day of the event.

8. WARRANTY / LIABILITY
8.1 Liability for the delivered goods is limited to replacement. Claims for rescission of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded if replacement is possible within a reasonable timeframe. Objections regarding defects in the goods must be raised within 5 business days. If the inspection of the defective goods reveals that the defects are attributable to culpable conduct on the part of the buyer (e.g., damage caused by improper handling), the buyer shall bear the costs of replacement. The buyer shall also bear the costs if the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address information. Our liability for our own fault is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations or the absence of warranted characteristics.
